George has worked in the Financial Technology recruitment industry for over a decade and has a broad range of experience partnering with the sector’s most prestigious market influencers and innovators. Since 2012, he has supported the hiring needs of high-growth FinTech start-ups in their journey from series A-C, all the way through to IPO as well as a number of Private Equity firms, Exchanges and Banks.

Prior to launching SCP, George led the EMEA growth of another FinTech recruitment firm, where he managed various teams across Data, Analytics, AI, Payments and Trading Technology and founded their Executive Search Practice where he successfully led a 50+ Exec & C-Level Mandates.

His passion for technology and commitment to deliver for his clients is at the core of George’s methodology and is the reason for the longevity and depth of his relationships that date back to 2012.

Jack has nearly a decade of experience in Technology and Go-to-Market (GTM) recruitment, partnering with VC- and PE-backed startups, high-growth scaleups, and enterprise organisations across EMEA and the US. Since 2018, he has worked closely with SaaS founders and C-suite leaders to attract, hire, and retain top talent across engineering, product, and sales functions.

Before joining SCP, Jack was a key member of the leadership team at his previous firm, where he joined as the company’s first employee. He played a pivotal role in scaling the business to more than 30 employees, while leading sales initiatives that expanded the firm’s presence into new verticals and geographic markets. His contributions helped drive both team growth and broader business expansion.

Rory began his career as a Data Analyst before taking his passion for data into the world of recruitment. He went on to establish a Data & Analytics desk, partnering with some of the largest insurance companies in the London Market, as well as high-growth Insurtech firms.

With a longstanding interest in AI and emerging technologies, Rory joined Search Chain Partners to lead the Insurtech practice. Given the pace of innovation within the Insurtech space, it was a natural move to combine his deep industry expertise with his enthusiasm for technology.

At Search Chain, Rory recruits across Technology, Sales, Product, Data, and Professional Services, helping Insurtech’s and forward-thinking insurers build high-performing teams. He is passionate about partnering with innovative businesses and delivering top-tier talent in a competitive market.

Since 2021, Oliver has worked within the Financial Technology recruitment industry, partnering with organisations across EMEA. Oliver and George had previously worked closely together at another Fintech recruitment firm where they focused on sales hires for both market-leading and high-growth Fintech firms. After joining Nicholas at The Barton Partnership to help set up the Data & Analytics desk, Oliver now focuses on Product and Technology roles across the Fintech market for Search Chain Partners.

Since joining Search Chain Partners, James has supported searches across commercial, product, and technology roles in the high-growth Fintech sector. A recent graduate in Politics and International Relations from the University of Exeter, James also studied Political Science at Munich’s prestigious Ludwig Maximilians Universität.

A First-Class Honours graduate in International Politics and French from the University of Bath, Sophia also spent a year studying at Université Lumière Lyon 2 in Lyon, where she developed high proficiency in French and deepened her understanding of international affairs.

Sophia’s academic achievements, including a First-Class Dissertation, reflect her commitment to rigorous research and thoughtful analysis – skills she now applies to mapping markets and identifying high-potential talent. Her prior experience in client-facing roles has also instilled a strong service ethic and attention to detail.
